Getting a thousand poetics for a weapon takes 7 ARF runs at, what, 20 minutes per? That's around an hour and a half per weapon, less as you pick up MSQ and other roulettes daily. That gives us about three hours as a top end for each tool. It's a level 25 recipe so their might only be a few that can make it right now. We can generously say it's one minute per craft, maybe triple that if you're collecting mats instead of buying them. Then you have 50 crafts for the actual turnins. Thinking about it more, 2500 scrips comes from 8-10 crafts, maybe as much as 12 if you're doing minimum collectibility because something's up with your gear. (At least I'll have plenty of materia to sell.) 100 crafts is kind of a lot, I guess, but I'm also the kind of player who will just sit and craft for an hour or two when the mood strikes me and I've something to watch. These are maxed at a resolution of 1k with at times twice the level of detail. I took a look at what Rowena had starred, got mats for a hundred crafts, and realized I'd overshot by about 10,000 scrips. I agree that overall it takes more effort than the combat relics, but I'm not sure 2500 scrips is a big ask.
